Q: How far out should I book my party?
A: We suggest 30-45 days out. Especially for the weekends because we do book up really fast.
Q: How many people can people can play? Are we limited by the number of taggers?
A: The number of taggers is how many people can play at one time. We can rotate as many people into the game as needed. We do recommend adding extra taggers if you want everybody to play together.
Q: What if the system will not allow me to choose the party I want.
A: It may be because we are all booked up for that time slot. If you choose your party package first then the day you will be able to see what times are available.
Q: How will I know that my order is scheduled?
A: An confirmation email will be sent to your email address provided. Check your junk mail just incase. We will also follow up with a personal call prior to your event. Online booking is a great way to schedule your event on your time the way you want it.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We understand that weather happens. We can operate in light drizzle, but if it rains we will not be able to operate. We can reschedule your event to a different date.
Q: What happens if we need to cancel our event?
A: Not a problem. Just give us a call, the sooner the better. We understand that things happen. There is no penalty for cancellation. We can hold your deposit for one year that can be added to your event when you reschedule it.
